✅ Option 1: Use a Ring You Already Own

  1. Take a ring that fits well on your desired finger.

  2. Measure the inner diameter (in mm) using a scale or caliper.

  3. Match it with the chart below.

✅ Option 2: Measure Your Finger

  1. Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger.

  2. Mark where it overlaps.

  3. Measure that length in millimeters — that’s your finger circumference.

  4. Use the chart to find your US ring size.
